We typically respond within 24 hours during weekdays! Since we're students at Tavan Elementary, we answer messages after school hours (3:30 PM - 6:00 PM PST). Weekend messages will be answered on Monday.
Do you offer custom pet supply creations?
Yes! We love creating custom pet supplies. Just select "Custom Request" in the contact form and tell us what you're looking for. You can even upload a reference image to help us understand your vision better.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment details will be discussed once we confirm your order and provide a quote.
How do I place an order?
Simply fill out our contact form above! Choose "Standard Order" if you want something from our existing supplies, or "Custom Request" for personalized creations. We'll get back to you with availability and pricing.
Do you deliver or is it pickup only?
We primarily serve the Arcadia area with local pickup options. For customers in nearby areas, we can discuss delivery arrangements. Contact us to learn more about delivery to your location!
